When it comes to water coolers " hygiene " is a very important issue and one that Horizon gives upmost priority. In order to maintain optimum levels to our customers we ensure that the following procedures are carried out:-

• All Our Technical Engineers are Installation & Hygiene qualified
• Coolers under a sanitation agreement are sanitised in accordance with the industry governing body
• We continue to achieve flawless governing body audit
• We offer products to ensure cleanliness outside of the 6 monthly sanitation. (see on-line shop for products)
• We continue to offer a range of water coolers meeting varying levels of hygiene requirements
• Customers are highly encouraged to partake in a sanitation agreements ensuring consumption is safe at all times
• We retain the services of a highly qualified microbiologist to ensure procedures remain efficient
